WP Password Policy plugin updates released (Free: 3.6.1, PRO: 3.11.0): LMS Integrations with Tutor LMS, LearnPress, and LifterLMS

We’re excited to announce that new versions of WP Password Policy are now available: free (3.6.1) and PRO (3.11.0). The highlight of this release is three new third-party integrations, bringing password policy enforcement to Tutor LMS, LearnPress, and LifterLMS — few of the most widely used learning management systems in the WordPress ecosystem.

New LMS Integrations

WordPress-based e-learning platforms handle sensitive user data — student records, instructor credentials, and administrator accounts. Starting with this release, WP Password Policy PRO introduces built-in integration with these LMS plugins, letting you enforce consistent, customizable password rules across all of their registration and profile forms.

Tutor LMS

The Tutor LMS integration enforces your configured password policies on student, instructor, and admin accounts across all Tutor LMS registration and profile update forms. Whether a new student signs up for a course or an instructor updates their credentials, the same policy rules apply consistently.

LearnPress

LearnPress sites can now enforce password complexity, reuse prevention, and all other policy rules on every user role — including students and instructors interacting through LearnPress’s own registration and account forms.

LifterLMS

The LifterLMS integration extends password policy enforcement to student, instructor, and LMS manager accounts across LifterLMS course and membership site workflows, covering registration, checkout, and profile update forms.

All three integrations are included in the PRO version and activate automatically when the corresponding LMS plugin is detected on your site. No additional configuration is needed — the integration respects whatever password policies you’ve already set up.
